Ready to lead an operation where your decisions make a real impact? As General Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic warehouse operation, leading teams, strengthening customer relationships, and driving performance. You’ll develop and inspire employees, optimize operations, and partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on profitability, productivity, service, and operational excellence.
## How you create impact

- Lead overall warehouse operations and the management team, ensuring productivity, service, quality, safety, and operational objectives are consistently achieved.
- Develop and manage the facility operating budget, monitoring cost, revenue, profitability, resource allocation, and efficient storage utilization.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including service-level expectations, issue resolution, contract negotiations, pricing, and ongoing account performance.
- Lead workforce and resource planning, ensuring appropriate staffing, effective communication, employee development, conflict resolution, and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain operational systems, processes, and standards that support efficient use of facilities, equipment, technology, inventory, sanitation, security, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including OSHA and applicable Retail and Pharma regulations, while supporting continuous improvement and overall facility performance.

## What we would like you to bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
- 7+ years of management experience in a 3PL environment with P&L responsibility, preferably within the automotive or aerospace sectors.
- Strong operational and financial management skills, including workforce planning, staffing, budgeting, prioritization, and resource management.
- Proven leadership and relationship-management skills, with the ability to lead teams, build effective partnerships, and communicate professionally with employees, customers, and senior leadership.
- Highly organized, analytical, and methodical, with strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse/material-handling operations, with a professional, approachable business demeanor.
