## Summary of Job Duties:
• Manage program within NJCAA By-Laws and UA Rich Mountain Policies
• Recruit for both men’s and women’s programs
• Manage program budgets: scholarships and operational
• Maintain wrestling facility organization and cleanliness
• Coordinate program scheduling and travel
• Oversee student-athlete academics
## Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.

UA Rich Mountain is looking for a Head Men’s & Women’s Wrestling Coach to begin a new program in 2027-2028 with the Men’s Program. The Women’s Program will be following in 2028-2029. Join a very successful, but new athletic department. UARM began athletics in the Fall 2018 semester. Bucks Athletics competes in NJCAA Region 2 (Arkansas & Oklahoma) and has won 10 Region 2 Championships with 8 Region 2 Runner-Up finishings. The Athletic department has produced 6 All-Americans, 173 NJCAA All-Academic members, and 24 NJCAA All-Academic Teams. Join one of the top junior colleges in Arkansas offering student-athletes a great opportunity to continue their athletic careers with growing campus housing, a brand-new weight room/Allied Health facility, will develop a current space to be the Wrestling facility, and a growing Mena community. UARM is in Mena, Arkansas in the heart of the Ouachita Mountain Region.

UARM partners with Mena Regional Health System for physical therapy services & doctor’s office visits. Also, the school has an Academic Advisor just for student-athletes, while also offering free professional tutoring with Student Support Services.

The program will have 2 Assistant Coaches that also includes housing & food service as part of their compensation
