Description of the role:
The Porter at Korum Ford in Puyallup, Washington plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership and providing excellent customer service
Hiring Pay Range: $18.02 to $21.20 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Prepares customer vehicles with protective materials for service and removes them after service
- Washes exterior, vacuums interior or vehicles before delivering back to the customer after completion of service
- Ensures Courtesy Vehicles are kept clean and fueled between customer uses. Communicates damage and needed maintenance to management
- Participated in Pick Up & Delivery services for Service Department Customers
- Cleaning and maintaining the service areas, including the service drive and lot
- Removing trash and debris from the premises
- Assisting with special events or promotions as needed
- Directing customers to the right departments or personnel
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- At least 18 years of age
