What this job involves:

The AMER Supplier Performance Manager supports Work Dynamics sourcing and procurement activities by delivering data-driven insights, market analysis, and supplier support across real estate, facilities, and workplace services. You will report into the Global Supplier Performance Management Lead and partner closely with sourcing managers and stakeholders to enable informed commercial decisions and drive cost, risk, and performance outcomes. This role requires you to own and lead the development of quarterly AMER Area SPM Papers in partnership with IFM/Programs teams, manage supplier scorecard development and implementation in Jaggaer, and maintain technical proficiency in multiple JLL technologies supporting the sourcing team for Amazon GREF account. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Amazon GREF global supplier performance management program by organizing and completing quarterly white papers, reviewing contract KPIs, collaborating with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring data accuracy and visibility through dashboard and report maintenance. Your ability to work with FM Operations and Program teams to support regular vendor performance reviews and implement improvement plans is essential to success in this role.

What your day-to-day will look like:

- Support Amazon GREF global supplier performance management program
- Own and lead the development of quarterly AMER Area SPM Papers in partnership with IFM/Programs teams and facilitate paper reads among internal and client stakeholders
- Manage AMER supplier scorecard development, implementation, and distribution in Jaggaer
- Manage supplier and IFM/Programs team training on scoring
- Organize, construct, and complete the AMER portion of the global quarterly supplier performance management white paper released no later than 45 days after the quarter ends
- Work with AMER IFM/Programs teams to obtain supplier performance qualitative feedback
- Develop creative solutions for collecting supplier performance data and presenting performance results to the client
- Maintain technical proficiency in Jaggaer, Corrigo, and other JLL technologies supporting the sourcing team for Amazon GREF account
- Review Principal and Managed Agent contract KPIs, including scorecard metrics and measurement, ensuring alignment with client vendor performance program
- Work with FM Operations and Program teams to support regular vendor performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary
- Work with vendor management teams to ensure supplier performance escalations follow the Corrective Action Plan methodology, ensuring a consistent, measurable approach to improvement and mitigation of poor performance
- Collaborate with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction opportunities
- Participate and provide leadership to strategic supplier performance reviews
- Maintain SPM dashboards, reports, and databases to ensure data accuracy and visibility
- Own the review of contractual KPIs for accuracy and completion, ensuring they are in active and compliant status
- Assist with contract documentation and sourcing governance processes
- Submit quarterly supplier spend reports for AMER and CAN via supplier.io

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, supply chain, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Supplier Management, Relationship Management or related Procurement
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English and strong executive presence
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, and strong analytical ability
- Proven ability to lead teams in decentralized environment
- Results driven with ability to generate new ideas, swiftly take action to eliminate unproductive activities, and clarify priorities
- Strong accountability with ability to own activities, processes, and results while quickly identifying and engaging the right people
- Collaborative approach with ability to work with others to form common goals and interests and create game-changing solutions
- Strong commitment to mutual respect, trust, integrity and ethics

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools
- Experience supporting global or regional sourcing initiatives
- Familiarity with facilities management, real estate, or professional services categories
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive mindset
- Experience with Jaggaer, Corrigo, or similar procurement and facilities management platforms
- Background in vendor performance management and continuous improvement methodologies
