Licensed Clinical Therapist – Youth (Ages 8+)

We’re seeking passionate Licensed Clinical Therapists who are dedicated to guiding youth ages 8 years and older through life’s challenges. We are proud to be an approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) location , offering up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through the NHSC Loan Repayment Program (NHSC LRP). Role & Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Therapist at Kapolei Counseling Center, you will:
✅ Conduct thorough client interviews and biopsychosocial assessments for youth (8+) and their families.

✅ Facilitate parenting support sessions to strengthen caregiver involvement and family functioning.
✅ Create personalized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
✅ Offer individual therapy for youth and adolescents.
✅ Review and interpret psychological assessments to guide diagnosis and treatment planning.
✅ Manage a clinical caseload via HIPAA-compliant telehealth and/or in-person sessions.
✅ Participate in regular supervision, peer review, and collaborative case consultations.

📍 Location: Kapolei, Hawai‘i – Serve clients statewide through in-person or telehealth sessions.

🔹 Requirements:

- Must hold a current Hawai‘i license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, etc.).

- Availability for afternoon and weekend.

- Demonstrated experience working with youth ages 8+
