Fulfillment Warehouse Associate - Full Time (Eaze)

Eaze is a growing cannabis retailer with many stores in the state of California and Florida.

What we offer:

- Compensation: $19.09 up to $21.34  based on previous experience*.
What the role is about:
This role supports daily operations at a fulfillment warehouse for an on-demand cannabis delivery service. This role serves as the logistics and execution arm to ensure operations are consistent with company goals and objectives.

They will efficiently pick and pack orders according to company procedures, ensuring all items meet quality standards before shipment. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential for safety and efficiency. They will use management systems to track inventory levels and order fulfillment, while working closely with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily delivery and sales goals.

You will be expected to continuously develop your skills and expand your capabilities as you progress in your role. The schedule below outlines how your responsibilities and growth will evolve based on the total tenure.

Total Tenure:  6+months

- Inventory organization and process delivery orders
- Organize and distribute driver equipment 
- Job Experience: delivery, fulfillment, retail, customer service or hospitality industry experience

Total Tenure: 12+ months 
- Fully trained in the inventory management, including system adjustments and receiving product
- Fully trained on cash handing procedures
- Fully trained on delivery operations and systems
- Ability to train new associates
- Job experience: Prior Eaze experience considered, 1+ years experience in delivery, fulfillment retail, customer service or hospitality industry

Total Tenure: 24-36+ months 
- Manager on Duty responsibilities such as opening and closing procedures
- Identify and escalate corrective actions and performance issues to Manager
- Monitoring and responding to communication channels and support tickets
- Ensure all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines are followed
- Job experience: Prior Eaze experience considered, 2+ years experience managing a team, proficient in Microsoft & Google Suite
What  you’ve accomplished:
- Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required
- Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail
- Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be age 21 to work in a dispensary per state law
- Maintains a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment
- Attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Open availability: we operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, evening and weekend hours as needed by the business.
What you're capable of:
- Ability to move products with appropriate equipment to and from the backroom
- Ability to place and arrange products on all shelves and racks daily
- Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying products daily
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds infrequently 
- Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the warehouse daily
- Ability to also be required to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time daily
- Ability to read instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens and to key information into the computer daily
- Exposure to indoor climate control measures
