You'll wear many hats — from greeting visitors and answering phones to supporting new hire onboarding and handling day-to-day administrative tasks.

What You'll Do

- Quick learner who can pick up new systems and processes with ease
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially when documenting information or handling multiple tasks at once
- Able to work onsite in our Austin, TX office 5 days a week
- Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Schedule & Location

- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Fully onsite at our Austin, TX office
