Description
- Conducts him or herself in accordance with all Florida Gaming Commission standards and The Big Easy Casino policies and procedures.
- Patrols gaming areas and grounds to establish security presence and reports all unusual situations and suspicious persons.
- Completes required checklists and inspection of assets in facility.
- Provides customer service to ensure positive guest experiences.
- Stands post to ensure alertness in the casino.
- All other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- No prior security experience is required; however, at least 1+ years of security experience is strongly preferred.
- Must have an active Class D Security License.
- Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Ability to stand for long durations of time.
- Able to respond calmly to emergency situations.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to include overnights, weekends and holidays.
