About the role:

As an Implementation Analyst II, you’ll guide small and regional/community bank (RCB) customers through successful launches on our A3 SaaS banking origination platform. You will serve as the primary project lead for 5–6 concurrent client implementations, managing every detail from kickoff through go-live while ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience.

Your days will be fast-paced and varied, conducting customer calls to guide through configuration options, mapping API configurations, troubleshooting integration issues, coordinating with internal teams to unblock dependencies, and keeping your project plans on track. You’ll need to be highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple priorities simultaneously, and confident engaging with banking clients as a trusted consultant and advisor.

You’ll combine project management discipline with technical acumen, understanding how our platform integrates with banking core systems, configuring API connections, and performing technical analysis to ensure each customer’s environment is set up correctly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the satisfaction of taking a customer from signed deal to live on the platform.

What you will be doing:

·         Client Project Leadership: Lead 5–6 concurrent client implementation projects end-to-end, managing timelines, deliverables, and risks while ensuring each customer launches on time and with quality.

·         Customer Consultation & Guidance: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, conducting discovery sessions, guiding customers through platform configuration decisions, and consulting on best practices for their account origination setup.

·         Technical Configuration & Analysis: Map API configurations for banking core integrations, troubleshoot API calls, and perform technical analysis tasks to ensure each client’s environment is properly connected and functioning.

·         Project Plan Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans for each implementation, tracking milestones, dependencies, and action items with precision to keep all projects moving forward simultaneously.

·         Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal engineering, product, and partner teams to facilitate smooth integrations, escalate blockers, and ensure dependencies are resolved within project timelines.

·         Customer Training & Enablement: Conduct training sessions to guide customers through configuring and using our A3 platform, sharing best practices to ensure a seamless launch experience.

·         Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise during implementation, serving as the customer’s advocate internally to maintain high levels of satisfaction and project momentum.

·         Documentation & Handoff: Maintain thorough project documentation and ensure clean handoffs at project close, following team standards for consistency across all implementations.

Required Qualifications:

·         Experience: 2+ years in a professional services, implementation, or technical consulting role, ideally within financial technology, SaaS, or banking.

·         Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines, maintaining organization and attention to detail across a full portfolio.

·         Technical Aptitude: Hands-on experience with APIs, configuration mapping, and troubleshooting technical integrations. Comfortable reading API documentation, analyzing call responses, and diagnosing issues.

·         Multi-Tasking & Organization: Exceptional ability to juggle 5–6 active projects simultaneously without dropping details, maintaining clear project plans and proactive communication across all engagements.

·         Customer-Facing Communication: Confident and professional in client interactions, able to explain technical concepts clearly, set expectations, and build trust as a consultant and advisor.

·         Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly diagnose issues, whether technical, process-related, or customer-facing, and drive them to resolution.

·         Fast-Paced Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines. Thrives under pressure and maintains quality even when moving quickly.

·         Financial Services Knowledge: Understanding of banking operations, deposit account origination, credit card origination, or similar financial products is a plus.

·         Collaboration: Proven aptitude for working seamlessly with both internal technical teams and external customer stakeholders to reach shared goals.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $72,030.00 - $122,450.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
