XS Brokers is a leading nationwide MGA (wholesale agency) looking for a motivated intern to support our Production and Operations teams through project-based work. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to the insurance industry while contributing to real, meaningful work.

Requirements
- Must have completed junior year of college by Summer 2027
- Currently working towards a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Risk Management & Insurance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
