Job Description

The  Demand Forecaster  plays a critical role within R eplenishment ; responsible for creating gross demand sales plans and managing the productivity of replenishment assortment s to align with customer and product strategies. This role partners closely with R eplenishment Associates and Buy ing and Planning teams to ensure accurate forecasts, inventory efficiency and in-stock performance.

A Day in the Life…

- Collaborate with R eplenishment Associates and M erchant partners to creat e demand forecasts that align with customer demand, merchandise strategy , and financial goals.

- Drive pre- season planning by providing data-driven recommendations , scenario planning, and actionable strategies.

- Proactively identify and communicate risks, opportunities, and insights related to item performance and inventory health.

- Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy , inventory efficiency , and process improvement through analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

- Participate in key business meetings (e.g., strategy reviews, style outs) to represent the forecasting perspective.

- Maintain accurate item attributes and default settings to support forecast integrity.

You Own This If You Have…

- 2 + years of experience in retail merchandise planning, inventory management, or related field.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on outcomes and solutions . S tatistics proficienc y preferred.

- Experience managing high-SKU, high-revenue, and/ or seasonal categories.

- Demonstrated ability to influence across teams using data and insights.

- A customer-first mindset and a strong understanding of the retail environment.

- Ability to p roactively and effectively communicate with cross-functional and external partners .

- A growth mindset , embracing change and continuous improvement.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel , Planning, and Forecasting tools ; adaptability to new tools and processes.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
$93,500.00 - $155,000.00 Annual
