JOB SUMMARY

The Casino Partnerships Manager reports to the Senior Director Casino Business Development and is responsible for acquiring, developing, and growing partnerships with land-based casinos, casino management companies, and casino loyalty programs. The role builds a qualified pipeline within an assigned territory and converts relationships into profitable sources of casino guest acquisition for Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

This manager serves as a consultative partner to property marketing leaders and executive decision makers. The role applies a strong understanding of casino reinvestment, player economics, segmentation, loyalty strategy, and promotional planning to help each partner increase member engagement and incremental revenue resulting in a strong pipeline of casino cruise patrons to the NCLH brands.

The role owns the commercial performance of assigned prospects and partners from initial outreach through launch and ongoing growth. Success requires a strong casino industry network, disciplined account planning, sound financial judgment, and the ability to coordinate marketing, loyalty, analytics, reservations, legal, and casino operations teams

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

New Partner Development

- Build and execute a territory development plan that prioritizes casino operators and properties by player quality, loyalty-program strength, strategic fit, revenue potential, and probability of conversion.
- Develop relationships with property presidents, general managers, chief marketing officers, casino marketing leaders, player development executives, and loyalty decision makers.
- Originate, qualify, and advance new partnership opportunities through consultative discovery, property visits, industry events, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Develop partner-specific business cases and proposals that define the target player, commercial model, marketing commitment, operating requirements, and expected return for both organizations.
- Support the negotiation of partnership terms and coordinate approvals with leadership, finance, legal, and other internal stakeholders.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline, account plans, activity records, forecasts, and next steps in the designated customer relationship management system.

Partner Growth and Consulting

- Serve as the primary commercial relationship owner for assigned casino partners and establish a regular cadence with property marketing and executive leadership.
- Assess each partner's customer segments, reinvestment strategy, offer architecture, trip frequency, loyalty economics, host model, and promotional calendar to identify opportunities for incremental value for each partner.
- Design partnership marketing programs, cruise certificate offers, loyalty campaigns, VIP groups, events, and reciprocal benefit concepts that align the partner's reinvestment objectives with the NCLH brand portfolio.
- Translate performance results into practical recommendations that improve guest conversion, player quality, repeat participation, partner loyalty, and profitable revenue.
- Lead business reviews that clearly explain results, identify incremental opportunities or corrective actions, and secure partner commitments for the next growth cycle.
- Provide partner-facing training, program guidance, and sales materials so casino marketing and host teams can represent each offer accurately and confidently.

Commercial Performance

- Deliver annual goals for new contracted partners, qualified guest acquisition, onboard casino revenue, partner-sourced revenue, and partnership profitability.
- Monitor acquisition cost, reinvestment, offer redemption, booking conversion, sailing conversion, player value, retention, revenue, and return on investment by partner and campaign.
- Develop partner forecasts and identify the actions required to close performance gaps or expand high-performing programs.
- Use test-and-learn plans to improve offer design, audience selection, communication timing, event strategy, and partner marketing productivity.

Program Execution

- Coordinate with Casino Operations, Casino Marketing, Analytics, Loyalty, Reservations, Legal, and shipboard teams to launch and operate partner programs.
- Own launch plans, promotional calendars, partner communications, event requirements, and internal handoffs for assigned accounts.
- Resolve partner and guest issues quickly, identify root causes, and improve processes that affect partner confidence or guest experience.
- Represent NCLH at casino properties, industry conferences, partner events, and selected sailings.

Market Intelligence and Governance

- Track competitor partnerships, casino market developments, loyalty trends, reinvestment practices, and emerging acquisition channels within the assigned territory.
- Share market intelligence and prospective partner feedback with the Senior Director to inform territory priorities, partnership models, and product development.
- Ensure partner programs comply with approved commercial terms, brand standards, guest data requirements, responsible gaming practices, and applicable policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE:  Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY:  Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Bachelor's degree or commensurate professional experience required.

EXPERIENCE

- Seven or more years of progressive experience in casino marketing, player development, casino business development, strategic partnerships, loyalty marketing, or a related commercial role.
- Demonstrated success acquiring new accounts and growing complex casino or hospitality partnerships against measurable revenue goals.
- Established relationships with property marketing leaders and executive decision makers in the assigned casino region.
- Experience developing financial proposals, evaluating partnership economics, forecasting revenue, and using performance data to recommend action.

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

- Strong understanding of casino reinvestment strategies, player segmentation, offer design, loyalty economics, customer acquisition, retention, and property-level casino marketing operations.
- Ability to negotiate commercial terms, influence senior stakeholders, and coordinate execution across a matrixed organization.
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, and customer relationship management skills.
- Cruise, travel, hospitality, or multi-brand loyalty partnership experience preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
