Clinical Research Medical Assistant - Limited Term

We’re looking for a Limited-Term Clinical Research Medical Assistant to support our clinical trials. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity for someone who wants to build hands-on clinical research experience while helping a collaborative team manage clinical operations and patient care (no prior clinical research experience required!) You’ll work closely with the existing study team to support daily visits, study activities, and documentation. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone early in their career who is organized, dependable, and motivated to enter the clinical research industry.

Please Note: This is a temporary, full-time position slated to last for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Limited Term Clinical Research Medical Assistant's Main Objective: Deliver excellent care and a positive experience for our clinical research patients.

What you will do:

- Support day-to-day study visits and blinded trial activities.

- Assist the study team with uploads, paperwork, and other required documentation.

- Help keep study activities organized and moving efficiently during screening, enrollment, and ongoing participant visits.

- Coordinate closely with team members and respond to changing study priorities.

- Follow study protocols, clinic procedures, and applicable research requirements.

- Take on additional study support tasks as delegated by the team.

Requirements:

- 1 year of professional experience in direct patient care; familiarity with vital signs and clinical charting is required.

- A bachelor’s degree or relevant hands-on clinical training (ie medical assistant or LPNs).

- Dependability and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
