About the Role

Horizon Home Services is looking for an HVAC Install Apprentice to join our team in Englewood, CO. You’ll work alongside Lead Installers to support residential HVAC installations while developing the skills needed to build a long-term career in the trades.

What You’ll Do

- Assist the Lead Installer with residential HVAC installations from start to finish

- Help stage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure jobs are properly prepared

- Support quality installation practices while following company safety standards

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site and company vehicle

- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials

- Participate in training and team meetings to develop your HVAC skills

- Complete required paperwork and job documentation accurately

- Obtain and maintain required certifications as needed

We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have

- Previous HVAC, construction, mechanical, or skilled trades experience is a plus

- A strong interest in building a career in HVAC

- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn

- Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- This position requires regular operation of a company vehicle. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet all company motor vehicle insurance requirements to be authorized to operate a company vehicle.
