In this role, you'll serve as the go-to resource for managing supplier follow-up, purchase order execution, material tracking, and issue resolution. You'll collaborate closely with Procurement, Planning, Engineering, and Project teams to ensure materials arrive on time and production remains uninterrupted. What You'll Do

- Drive supplier follow-up and purchase order execution from issuance through delivery.
- Proactively manage vendor acknowledgments and confirm commitments to meet project timelines.
- Resolve material shortages, delays, incorrect shipments, backorders, and other supply chain disruptions.
- Partner with Planning, Engineering, Operations, and Project teams to maintain schedule integrity.
- Coordinate material priorities to support production and customer project deadlines.
- Expedite critical orders and collaborate with suppliers to overcome logistical challenges.
- Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and supplier records within company systems.
- Monitor material availability and inventory levels to help prevent future shortages.
- Escalate changes involving pricing, quantities, freight, lead times, or purchase order terms when needed.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding supplier performance and material status.
- Develop strong supplier relationships while holding vendors accountable to commitments.

What We're Looking For

- 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Materials Planning, or a related function.
- Experience working with suppliers, purchase orders, inventory, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work with urgency and ownership in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency with ERP, inventory, or purchasing systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
