Team Overview
The Product Marketing team at TransUnion drives go-to-market strategy by shaping product positioning, messaging, and market differentiation. The team partners closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to translate innovation into clear customer value, successful product launches, and measurable business impact.

This role reports directly to the Senior Director within the Product Marketing division.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

- Lead go-to-market strategy, messaging, storytelling, pitch decks, promotional collateral, and sales enablement for TransUnion’s Identity, Audiences, and Measurement solutions.
- Partner with Product Management to develop go-to-market strategies, track key performance indicators, and co-manage pipeline and revenue across U.S. and global markets.
- Manage cross-functional execution of go-to-market programs in collaboration with teams in the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, India, and South Africa.
- Drive market awareness through industry events, speaking engagements, and thought leadership supported by market research and competitive analysis.
- Diagnose client and prospect needs, translate them into relevant questions and use cases, and build compelling stories that address critical client marketing opportunities.
- Apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)-driven insights to inform product positioning, audience strategy, and go-to-market decisions, translating technical capabilities into clear, customer-centric value stories.
- Collaborate with Marketing Planning and Management, Campaign Management, Content, Events, Media, Branding and Design, and Web teams to execute go-to-market strategies and synthesize results against key performance indicators.

Required Knowledge and Experiences

- 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Data as a Service (DaaS) or Software as a Service (SaaS) Product Management, Product Strategy, Marketing Analytics, Professional Services, Consulting, Agency, or related marketing and advertising technology functions.
- Experience working with major brands and establishing go-to-market strategies in the AdTech and MarTech industries, including marketing analytics, media strategy, data management and integrations, and data science.
- Experience applying Artificial Intelligence, automation, consumer insights, and Machine Learning to product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
- Extensive experience developing and executing successful go-to-market programs for impactful product launches and enabling sales teams throughout the buyer journey.
- Demonstrated success leading innovative positioning and enablement initiatives that support revenue growth, grounded in customer insights and an understanding of the “why behind the buy.”

Required Technical Skills

- Fluency in AI-powered tools, including automation, predictive analytics, and Generative Artificial Intelligence, to accelerate market research, competitive analysis, content creation, and sales enablement at scale.
- Working knowledge of marketing analytics, data management and integrations, and data science concepts.
- Ability to define and track key performance indicators to monitor and improve product marketing effectiveness.

Pay Scale Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $126,700.00 - $190,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
