In this position...
Ford Payroll Service Center-Mexico seeks a Payroll Operations Manager to lead payroll operations support in partnership with the U.S. Payroll team in Dearborn, Michigan.
The role is responsible for accurate, complete, and timely processing of operations activities, including validating payroll-to-bank interfaces, coordinating paper checks, processing stop-pay requests, validating funding requests and processing vendor payments, analyzing variances, among other payroll related activities.
Education qualification
- Preference for Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with knowledge in payroll, accounting, and/or finance controller roles.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent communication in English language (spoken, written, and comprehension).
- Experience in leading or supervising a service-oriented team.
- Ability to handle employees concerns confidently, independently, and with a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with SharePoint preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex interactions while building strong relationships across teams and locations.
Work Mode & Location: Ability to work in a Hybrid model, with the flexibility to work at Global Technology and Business Center (GTBC) in Naucalpan, Mexico .
