CPL Field Engineer

Completions Engineer (Sand Control)

Location:  Villahermosa, Mexico

Key Responsibilities

- Execute Sand Control operations safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer requirements.

- Support the planning, preparation, and execution of completion programs related to sand control systems.

- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

- Participate in job risk assessments, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with technical and operational teams during service delivery and wellsite execution.

- Ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.

- Lead and support Service Quality and HSE initiatives.

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout project execution.

- Provide technical support during operational troubleshooting and post-job evaluations.

Requirements

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Completions operations within the Oil & Gas industry.

- Hands-on experience in Sand Control operations is required.

- Experience with gravel pack, frac pack, screen completions, and sand control systems is highly preferred.

- Candidates with experience in Cemented Liner Hangers will also be considered.

- Experience working offshore and with major operators is preferred.

- Experience in customer-facing field operations and service delivery environments.

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of Sand Control technologies and completion operations.

- Knowledge of completion tools, downhole equipment, and well construction practices.

- Ability to interpret technical programs, procedures, and operational documentation.

- Experience supporting risk assessments and operational planning.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
