About the Role
As our Health Services Director , you will oversee the clinical and operational functions of our care department , ensuring our residents receive exceptional, compassionate care—and that our team members feel supported, valued, and set up to succeed.
Youll lead a dedicated care team Caregivers and Medication Technicians with the support of two Care Leaders , helping guide day-to-day operations while keeping our mission— where kindness counts —at the center of everything you do.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all clinical operations within the community
- Ensure compliance with all Utah state regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain accurate, individualized care plans that reflect each residents needs and dignity
- Ensure care plans are properly executed with consistency and compassion
- Promote the highest standards of care, safety, and kindness
- Recruit, train, and retain a strong, compassionate care team
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels to support both quality care and team well-being
- Provide hands-on leadership , coaching, and daily support to team members
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and kindness
- Participate in the Manager-on-Duty rotation , supporting overall community operations
- Be available on-call as needed to support clinical operations and team needs
- Continuously seek solutions and improvements that enhance both care and team experience

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday – Friday
- Participation in a Saturday Manager-on-Duty rotation
(When scheduled on a Saturday, youll receive a day off during the week)
- On-call as needed to support residents and team

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 annually

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- CPR & First Aid Certification (required)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Leadership experience in senior living or healthcare preferred
