Product Manager - Workers

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead product discovery, gather customer requirements, and define product strategy and quarterly roadmap priorities for the Worker domain, focusing on the individuals performing day-to-day work at client job sites on behalf of contractor organizations. This role serves as a key link between customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams, ensuring product investments align with customer needs, business objectives, and long-term product strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working autonomously, engaging directly with customers, and influencing product direction while solving complex challenges and seeing the direct impact of their work on customers and the business.

What that means day-to-day:

- Lead product discovery and gather client-facing requirements directly and autonomously.
- Translate client and business needs into product strategy and quarterly roadmap priorities.
- Own and maintain a roadmap shared with multiple stakeholders across the product organization.
- Manage the product backlog, write stories, and create supporting requirements documentation.
- Attend stand-ups and recurring Scrum meetings and participate in early-stage refinement for quarterly epics.
- Partner with Engineering Managers on quarterly planning and remain involved in user acceptance testing.
- Build clear product requirements and documentation for Sales and Client Success teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Client Success, and clients to address technical debt, features, and enhancements.

What you’ll need to be successful:

- Familiarity leading product discovery, customer-facing requirements gathering, product strategy, and roadmap development.
Experience managing a product backlog and writing clear product stories and supporting requirements.
- Ownership: You can work directly and autonomously with clients to identify needs, takes initiative, and translates findings into actionable product direction.
- Adaptable and resilient: You adjust effectively to changing priorities and organizational change while continuing to move work forward.
- Collaborative: You work effectively across teams, welcome input, and contribute wherever needed to help the broader team succeed.
- Effective communication: You can effectively translate complex and technical ideas into clear, digestible language for customers and internal stakeholders.
