We are looking for a people-focused leader to join our Dallas team as a Manager, Service Ops. In this role, you will lead a team of field professionals, drive operational excellence, and help deliver exceptional service across a concentrated downtown Dallas territory. Whether your leadership experience comes from field operations, military service, construction, manufacturing, facilities management, transportation, or another service-focused environment, we welcome candidates who can inspire teams, build strong relationships, and achieve results.

On a Typical Day You Will

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of field technicians while fostering a strong safety culture
- Oversee daily service operations across a downtown Dallas territory
- Plan and coordinate field activities to meet customer needs and company standards
- Allocate personnel and resources to support operational priorities
- Support technicians with operational and technical challenges
- Review and authorize repair work while tracking progress to completion
- Partner with field teams to improve performance, communication, and customer satisfaction
- Drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and service delivery

Responsibilities

- Champion safety, quality, and compliance across the territory
- Build a high-performing team through coaching, development, and accountability
- Strengthen customer relationships across commercial and residential portfolios
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage route effectiveness, workforce utilization, and service quality metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve issues and deliver results
- Lead change initiatives that support business objectives and continuous improvement

What You Will Need to Be Successful

- 5+ years of leadership experience is required
- Proven success leading teams and helping people perform at their best
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Confidence making decisions in a fast-paced operational environment
- Ability to learn new technologies, systems, and business processes
- A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
- Elevator industry knowledge is welcomed but not required
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Smartsheets, or similar business tools is an advantage
- Leadership experience from military, construction, transportation, manufacturing, facilities management, field service, or similar industries is highly valued
