We are seeking a Nursing Communications Technician (NCT) to serve as a central communication and administrative resource for the ACU unit. Working under the general supervision of a licensed caregiver, the NCT supports patients, families, nurses, physicians, and other departments while helping the unit operate safely and efficiently.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience, required.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical setting, or successful completion of an approved course in hospital clerical responsibilities.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
