The Opportunity
As a Supply Chain Planner Analyst, you will analyze and align supply with demand to support product availability, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency. Youll own planning for assigned product categories, working with sales, production, and supplier partners to turn ERP data, forecasts, and historical sales into reliable demand and supply plans. This role offers the opportunity to improve inventory performance and contribute through process improvements, automation, and advanced analytics.
What Youll Do
- Develop demand and supply plans using historical trends, forecasts, and sales insights; lead planning reviews to guide replenishment quantities and purchasing decisions.
- RFQ, create and maintain purchase orders, monitor daily backorders, and expedite purchases to support timely product availability.
- Interpret bills of materials, specifications, work orders, and other planning information to ensure continuity of supply.
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments, partnering with suppliers and production teams to meet delivery expectations.
- Serve as a point of contact for material availability, delivery schedules, and product quality; communicate risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Support sourcing initiatives, product launches, inventory accuracy, and opportunities to improve supply chain performance.
- Maintain planning tools, spreadsheets, and automation scripts, and produce standard and custom reports that support management decisions and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in supply or demand planning, purchasing, or operations, with the ability to translate data into practical planning decisions.
- Experience using ERP systems and CRM platforms.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical and data modeling skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Initiative, problem-solving ability, and intellectual curiosity.
Bonus Points If
- You have experience with NetSuite or Salesforce.
- You have experience with VBA, Power BI, or AI tools for reporting, automation, and analysis.
What Success Looks Like
30 Days: Build an understanding of TCMs products, planning processes and execution, systems, and key partners; complete core onboarding.
60 Days: Take ownership of planning, purchasing, and follow-up for assigned products, with support as needed.
90 Days: Manage assigned planning responsibilities with growing independence and identify an opportunity to improve availability, efficiency, or reporting.
A detailed 30/60/90 day plan will be provided in the first two weeks of employment and reviewed with your manager weekly.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Office-based role in Huntington Beach, with occasional exposure to warehouse environments and remote work flexibility available as needed.
- Extended periods of sitting and computer work, including repetitive wrist and hand movements and regular use of phones and standard office equipment.
- Effective communication with employees, vendors, and stakeholders in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
- Occasional movement throughout the office, lifting of materials up to 15 pounds, and limited travel for meetings or events may be required.
