This position qualifies for the Flex Work or Remote work arrangement. This means you may work remotely for up to 50% of the work week with the remainder of the work week being worked on-site. Final flex work arrangements must be approved by the hiring manager and are subject to change based on business needs.

Role Summary:
Data Managers provide critical support to our Project teams by planning, preparing, organizing, controlling, and submitting data to our customers in order to meet our contractual obligations. Reporting to the Configuration/Data Management (CDM) Lead, you will manage the release and control of diverse program documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This is a fast-paced role essential to project performance, requiring a detail oriented professional capable of navigating contractual requirements and company policies and maintaining open lines of communication with a diverse group of project teammates and leaders.

Key responsibilities include:
- Deliverable Planning: Analyze contractual documents to identify and develop a comprehensive schedule of all required customer data items
- Deliverable Forecasting: Maintain a 30/60/90-day deliverable outlook and present status updates during project management and stakeholder meetings
- Workflow Coordination: Facilitate the review and approval process for data items, coordinating through internal review boards to ensure quality, compliance, and on-time deliveries
- Information Architecture: Establish and maintain a standardized digital filing structure to ensure data integrity and the efficient retrieval of records for future audits and reference
- Process Improvement: Analyze, evaluate, and implement configuration and data management systems and processes to improve efficiency while adhering to budgets and deadlines
- Compliance & Governance: Exercise sound judgment in decision making to ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable federal regulations
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- US citizen
- Ability to obtain Department of War security clearance
- Communication: Proven ability to interface, coordinate, and negotiate effectively with company personnel, customers, and suppliers
- Technical Proficiency: computer skills with the ability to generate complex reports and professional documentation
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Two or more years relevant experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- Experience working with government contracts
- Experience working with basic computer applications, databases, operating systems, and hardware

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $64926 - $110374

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
