Role & Responsibilities:
- Analyst daily accounting records ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare balance accounts reconciliations and account analysis.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Manage and follow up on accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support monthly and annual closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
- Manage internal and external audits.
- Analyze financial variances and provide recommendations.
- Participate in continuous improvement of accounting processes.
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Support Annual physical inventory processes.
Skills & Strengths:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Bilingual English Spanish (intermediate-advance level).
- 3 o more years of experience in general accounting, preferably in a maquiladora environment.
- Knowledge of accounting standards (NIF / US GAAP is a plus).
- Experience in annual inventory and cycle counting.
- Knowledge of tax compliance and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- SAP.
