We develop and run Apple’s global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world!

The Moves Coordinator will provide logistical and strategic support for the facilities Moves/Add/Changes (MAC) program. This role ensures the efficient planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, office moves, and workplace changes. This individual will focus on managing the MAC calendar, maintaining databases, and establishing strong communication within the team. We are seeking a highly motivated team player who can balance administrative responsibilities with on-site field support.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or 5 years of relevant work experience.
3 - 5 years of hands-on experience working in a fast-paced multi-facility environment with a focus on operations, project management, and administrative services.
Experience working with iOS, macOS, iWork, MS Office, Excel, and Keynote is a high priority.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
