About this role
Encore Events Rentals is looking for a dependable and energetic Swing Loader to join our Swing team. If you enjoy physical work, being part of a team, and helping create exceptional event experiences, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
- Assist with loading and unloading event rental equipment safely and accurately
- Verify product counts and ensure orders are complete before departure
- Support delivery and pickup operations alongside Swing Drivers
- Set up and break down rental equipment at event locations
- Organize and stage returned products in designated warehouse areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse
- Assist Linen and Warewash departments as needed
- Follow safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment.
To stand out you’ll need to
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be available to work all weekends, holidays, and overtime through October 31st
- Be able to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb
- Be able to constantly lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 75 pounds
- Be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Be able to pass E-Verify
