Job Description:

The Role:

- Provide administrative and project coordination support for Facilities-related projects, including CAPEX management, SAP coordination, procurement/payment processes, government liaison, document control, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

In this role you will:

- Manage CAPEX budgets, AOP tracking, and project cost administration.

- Coordinate SAP-related activities, including PR/PO/GR processing and project progress tracking.

- Support project documentation, reporting, SOW, MOC, and CEA administration.

- Process vendor invoices, contractor payments, and employee reimbursements.

- Manage government correspondence, Science Park affairs, and external stakeholder communications.

- Maintain department records, SharePoint documents, and administrative systems.

- Coordinate cross-functional activities, meetings, workshops, and action item follow-up.

- Support ESG initiatives and other special projects as assigned.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

- 3+ years of experience in project administration, CAPEX control, or project coordination.

- Familiar with SAP, procurement, payment processes, and cost tracking.

- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word; MS Project is a plus).

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.

- Strong English communication skills.
