Senior Program Manager, Windows Commercial Acceleration Engine Operations

Engine Program Management Function</span><span> </span></p></div><div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Lead the program management discipline across the Acceleration Engine in deep collaboration with the Accelerate LT; drive decisions, resolve ambiguity, and accelerate cross-organizational results.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Translate organizational strategy into an integrated execution portfolio with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Create and operate the necessary structures, processes, and workflows and supporting agentic infrastructure across the Acceleration Engine organization to enable seamless execution from insights to impact to scale.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span><span>Support the Acceleration Engine Operating </span><span>Model</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Manage execution of the roadmap for agent infrastructure, AI capabilities, evaluation frameworks, dashboards, data standards, and automation in partnership with insights, engineering, security, and AI leadership.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Drive progress toward one trusted operational view across customer intake, engagements, engineering work, partners, and scale programs.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Coordinates to ensure insights are captured by the Impact Engine and routed to product teams.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Design, build, and continuously improve a scalable multi-agent architecture in which specialized agents coordinate planning, research, workflow execution, knowledge reuse, and decision support across the Acceleration Engine.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span>Engineer the Acceleration Engine’s Agentic Workforce</span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><span>Establish the architecture, evaluation, observability, security, human-oversight, and lifecycle-management standards required to operate a large and evolving population of agents reliably in an enterprise environment.</span><span> </span></li></ul></div><div><p><span>Orchestrate Strategic Partnerships</span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Build the operating framework connecting the Acceleration Engine with sales, product engineering, FastTrack, and customer experience teams.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Define mutual commitments, decision rights, operating cadences, handoffs, and success measures for critical partnerships.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Maintain visibility into where partnerships are producing results, where they are stalled, and where executive intervention is required.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Flag issues to leadership  regarding duplicated work, unclear ownership, competing priorities, and gaps between organizational motions.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span>Lead Special Projects and Executive Priorities</span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Lead complex, cross-cutting initiatives that are strategically important but do not yet have a natural organizational owner.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Turn ambiguous priorities into a clear fact base, recommended direction, execution plan, governance model, and accountable ownership.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Determine when emerging initiatives should be scaled, transitioned into stable ownership, redesigned, or stopped.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div></div><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><div><p><strong>Required Qualifications </strong></p></div><div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><div>Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.</div></li><li><div>2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.</div></li></ul></div><div> <strong>Preferred Qualifications </strong></div><div><ul><li>Demonstrated experience spanning technical program management, customer engineering, enterprise products, partner ecosystems, and field or product operations.</li><li>Proficient understanding of the enterprise customer lifecycle, technical engagement models, product-feedback systems, and scaled delivery motions.</li><li>Experience with Windows, endpoint management, security, enterprise deployment, device ecosystems, or related commercial technology motions.</li><li>Experience developing AI-enabled workflows, operational automation, portfolio dashboards, or agentic business systems.</li><li>Demonstrated success balancing urgent customer needs with long-term system building and organizational scale.</li><li>Demonstrated hands-on AI engineering experience designing, building, evaluating, and operating production-grade agentic systems, including orchestration across many specialized agents, tools, data sources, and human decision points</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs and building durable relationships involving engineering, product, field, sales, customer success, and partner organizations.</li><li>Experience building operating models, governance mechanisms, portfolio-management systems, and executive operating rhythms during a period of rapid change.</li><li>Experience managing a program-management function through influence.</li><li>Experience working with leadersip and presenting concise, decision-ready recommendations.</li><li>Analytical capabilities with the Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.
