Working alongside our passionate Centre Director and dedicated mentor, you’ll support the day-to-day leadership of the centre, inspire educators and help create a positive, collaborative environment where everyone feels supported to grow.

This is a hands-on leadership role, where you’ll spend time in the rooms providing practical coaching, mentoring and support to educators. You’ll work alongside the teams to build confidence, strengthen practice and support the delivery of high-quality education and care.

What you’ll do

- Support the Centre Director with daily operations and leadership.
- Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring and support to educators across the rooms.
- Work alongside teams to strengthen practice and build educator confidence.
- Mentor and inspire educators to deliver high-quality care and education.
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the community.
- Support NQF compliance, curriculum planning and continuous improvement.
- Step into the Centre Director role when required.

What you’ll bring

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
- Current Queensland Blue Card.
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and Child Protection legislation.
- Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow within ECEC.
- A positive, collaborative leadership style and genuine passion for supporting others.
- A strong commitment to child safety.
