Language & Communication Requirements
Because this role involves communicating directly with patients, strong spoken and written
English is essential.
We’re specifically looking for someone who can communicate naturally and professionally over
the phone and via email, with clear, easily understood spoken English.
The initial requirement is approximately 20 hours per week, ideally spread across four days at
around five hours per day.
The preferred working window is: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time
This is particularly important because the dental practice is closed during these hours and
receives patient enquiries after the clinic closes.
There may also be a requirement for one weekend day per week, depending on the
candidate's availability and the needs of the practice.
There is potential for the position to increase to 40 hours per week as the successful candidate
takes on additional responsibilities
