Responsibilities
- Lead and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and company policies.
- Monitor resident condition and promptly communicate changes to physicians and the care team.
- Supervise and assist CNAs and other clinical team members during assigned shifts.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Promote a culture of compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
Qualifications
- Active, current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Previous Charge Nurse, Team Lead, or nursing leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute care preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills.
- Ability to lead, coach, and support nursing assistants and clinical team members.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
