About the Role: Job Title: Performance Test Engineer Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities: - Strong expertise in AI evaluation areas such as answer relevancy, task completion, correctness, hallucination detection, and tool correctness. - Extensive experience in Android platform and application testing, along with familiarity with relevant Android tools. - Deep knowledge of application memory, performance, and battery testing across Android environments. - Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). - Basic understanding of AI safety and security testing practices. - Hands-on experience working closely with development teams and engaging with development leads. - Proven ability to review Module-specific HLD/PRD documents and translate requirements into test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases. - Solid experience in automation testing and automation development using tools and frameworks such as Python, PyWinAuto, Selenium, and Playwright. - Demonstrated experience in effective cross-team collaboration. - Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
