Job Description: HR Intern (Talent Acquisition )
Location: Noida
Duration: 6 Months Internship
Department: Human Resources - Talent Acquisition
Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition t eam in Noida. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and talent pipeline management while gaining hands-on experience in corporate recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Assist in offer rollout, documentation, and pre-onboarding activities.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR fundamentals.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Work Experience
- 0-6 months of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition.
- Candidates who have completed at least one internship in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment will be preferred.
- Exposure to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations is desirable.
