About the role
Trustpair is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to help grow our business across North America.
Reporting to the Head of Sales US , you will own the full sales cycle for new enterprise customers, from identifying opportunities and building relationships to negotiating and closing complex deals. You'll work closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product to connect customer needs with the right solutions.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role for an experienced seller who enjoys opening doors, navigating complex buying groups, and taking ownership of results.
The role is based in the New York metropolitan area , with a hybrid working model and ideally 2–3 days per week in our Tribeca office .
Compensation: Base salary $125,000–$150,000 | OTE $250,000–$300,000 , depending on final scope and seniority.
Main Mission
Build, qualify, and close new enterprise business across North America, targeting approximately $1M in new annual recurring revenue (ARR) over 12 months after ramp-up .
You'll combine proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and disciplined deal management to win new customers and establish relationships that support their long-term success.
What you'll do
Build and develop your territory
- Develop territory and account plans that translate your revenue goals into clear priorities and actions.
- Generate new opportunities through proactive prospecting, inbound qualification, and collaboration with partners.
- Build a qualified pipeline of enterprise accounts, balancing immediate opportunities with relationships that develop over several quarters.
Own complex enterprise sales cycles
- Lead the full sales process, coordinating the technical, legal, and financial aspects of each opportunity through to close.
- Build relationships with Directors, VPs, and C-suite stakeholders, tailoring your approach to their priorities and decision-making processes.
- Develop a strong understanding of Trustpair's product and use cases, partnering with Pre-Sales to shape solutions, including opportunities involving multiple products and teams.
- Lead commercial negotiations and closing plans, building alignment across the customer's organization.
Drive sales performance and share market insight
- Maintain accurate forecasts, keep your pipeline up to date, and communicate progress, risks, and next steps.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through focused account planning and consistent execution.
- Share customer needs, objections, and market insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product to strengthen our positioning and approach.

Must-Haves
- 6+ years of quota-carrying sales experience , with a strong track record of winning new customers in a competitive market.
- Direct enterprise sales experience , including at least one full year focused on closing new enterprise accounts.
- Experience managing complex B2B SaaS sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and decision-makers.
- Confidence selling to Director, VP, and C-suite stakeholders , using a consultative approach to connect solutions with business priorities.
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and organizational skills, with the ability to progress several complex opportunities at once.
- Experience in a growing startup or scale-up, with the flexibility to adapt as priorities and strategies evolve.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach, combining independent ownership with close collaboration.
- Native-level English proficiency, with clear, concise written and verbal communication.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling solutions for the office of the CFO , such as procurement, accounts payable, treasury, ERP, or risk management software.
- Familiarity with the procure-to-pay ecosystem and the challenges facing enterprise finance teams.
- Experience working with technology or referral partners to generate and advance sales opportunities.
