O&M Site Coordinator - Kalayaan 2 Wind Farm

We are looking for an O&M Site Coordinator to support and coordinate the site's technical operations for our Kalayaan 2 Wind farm, once construction is finalized.

The position will report O&M Site Manager in the Kalayaan 2 site.

Job Description

Mission:

Ensure optimal performance of service providers in accordance with technical and contractual requirements, while ensuring compliance with safety standards in coordination with the Site Manager and the SHEQ Department. Support the Site Manager by providing key project performance KPIs related to safety, availability, production, costs, and other relevant indicators. Maintain the project in excellent operational condition, ensuring high-quality operations and demonstrating respect for and care of the environment.

Main Responsibilities:

Quality Health Safety and Environment:

- Monitor compliance with local regulations, ACCIONA Energy (AE) policies and industry best practices.
- Supervise activities and promptly escalate deviations or incidents to the Site Manger and SHEQ Department.

Operations and Maintenance:

- Support the Site Manager in managing O&M contracts (WTG, EBoP, CBoP, etc.)
- Supervise execution of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with OEMs requirements and contractual obligations.
- Review contractors’ technical reports and performance data.
- Analyse plant performance and propose continuous improvement actions aligned with AE Production Department strategies.

Supply Chain:

- Support s pare parts procurement and inventory control in accordance with the O&M contracts.

Documentation:

- Support   and updating of procedures, standards and technical documentation to optimize Plant performance in line with AE requirements.

Reporting:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the Site Manger.
- Calculate KPIs and monitor KPIs related to safety, availability, production and costs.
- Act as an advanced user of corporate reporting and CMMS tools.

Required Skills and Competencies

Degree:

- TESDA-certified (wind turbine maintenance, electrical qualifications preferred), with proven experience in wind farm operations and maintenance.

Training/Other:

- Expert user of Microsoft Office; advanced in Excel is essential.
- Valid driver’s license

Skills: Empathetic, team-oriented, well-organized, dynamic, proactive, and skilled in decision-making and team management.

Languages/Level: Proficient in English, Spanish is an advantage.

Years/Areas experience required: at least 3 years’ experience in wind turbine operations and maintenance.
