- Keeping accurate records of sales activities within the CRM and reporting all revenue within required timeframes
- Priority focus on retaining a customer’s business with FleetPartners
- Ensuring a high level of customer experience at End of Lease
- Attending relevant product and skill courses and passing on relevant points to other Consultants.
- Meet individual monthly sales budgets
- Facilitating end to end customer service from initial enquiry to customer taking delivery of the vehicle, including arranging quotations for the customer, and facilitating credit applications.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for an energetic, proactive and motivated sales professional who enjoys connecting with customers and thrives in a busy, target-driven environment. You’ll be comfortable making outbound calls, engaging with a high volume of customers each day and confidently guiding them through their novated leasing options.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a sales role, ideally within novated leasing, motor vehicle leasing or financial services.
- Strong sales, communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.

- A positive, resilient and adaptable approach, with a willingness to embrace feedback and change.
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- The ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and key stakeholders.
- An understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements relating to financial and leasing products.
BENEFITS:
We offer more than just a role:
- 27 days of annual leave per year.
