Experience Required
- 6-8 years of overall IT experience
- 3+ years of experience in Akamai, CDN, Edge Security, Web Security, or Security Operations environments
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale internet-facing applications and digital platforms
- Experience working with Security Operations teams and incident management processes
- Exposure to fraud prevention, account protection, digital identity, or customer-facing security solutions
- Experience in cloud-based enterprise environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

SOC Collaboration Work with Security Operations teams on alert analysis, incident triage, root cause analysis, and threat mitigation activities. Identity & Fraud Protection Support secure authentication flows, MFA/session controls, account protection, suspicious activity reviews, and fraud investigation use cases. Analysis & Reporting Review logs, traffic patterns, security events, and behavioral trends to identify anomalies and provide actionable insights. Continuous Improvement Contribute to automation, monitoring improvements, security optimization, documentation, and platform modernization initiatives.
