Job Title: Manager, D&T, Process Automation

Location: Hyderabad, India

Join a strategic technology leadership role where you will drive enterprise-wide automation and AI transformation initiatives. As a Principal Automation Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of next-generation automation capabilities spanning Agentic AI, Process Mining, SAP ecosystems, Digital Twins, and Intelligent Automation platforms. This role offers the opportunity to influence business transformation at scale, partner with senior stakeholders, and build future-ready automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency across a global enterprise.

Your key responsibilities:

- Define and execute the enterprise automation and Agentic AI technology roadmap aligned with business transformation objectives.
- Architect and deliver automation solutions across SAP platforms including S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, EWM, IBP, and other enterprise systems.
- Lead the implementation of AI Agents, Copilot solutions, workflow automation, RPA, and intelligent process orchestration platforms.
- Utilize Process Mining and Process Digital Twin capabilities to identify automation opportunities and optimize end-to-end business processes.
- Establish scalable automation frameworks, governance standards, API integration models, and development best practices.
- Provide technical leadership to architects, developers, and implementation partners while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

You bring:

- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise automation, AI, or digital transformation programs within large global organizations.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, RPA, workflow automation, and Process Mining technologies.
- Proven experience delivering automation solutions within SAP environments, including S/4HANA, ECC, and Ariba.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and Celonis.
- Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, REST APIs, Microservices, Azure Integration Services, and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
