Job Description

Position : Senior Analyst – Payments

Job Profile: Treasury – Senior Analyst 1

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for global vendor payments, payroll funding, and other treasury activities, intercompany settlements, bank account governance etc

- Knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, BACS, ACH, WIRE transfer

- Experience working with global banking platforms and in multiple currencies

- Understanding of end to end Accounts Payable process

- Knowledge of any ERP system, preferably Workday

- Responsible for end-to-end Bank reconciliation

- Identify and report unreconciled items

- Monitor returned and rejected payments.

- Track payment KPIs and operational metrics.

- Assist with month-end closing processes

- Collaborate with AP/AR teams for transaction verification

- Clean up debit balances

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and Finance or related field

- 6–10 years of experience in accounting or finance

- Strong organizational and time management skills
