Reach millions of customers through Uline’s industry-leading catalog, digital marketing and email programs spanning 45,000+ products.

Guide a high-performing marketing organization and shape the strategy behind Uline’s continued growth. Partner with executive leadership to build on our long-term success.

Position Responsibilities

- Direct Uline’s large-scale catalog and print marketing strategy, driving customer growth, retention and engagement across 45,000+ products.
- Shape integrated marketing across catalog, email and digital channels, using customer insights to reach the right audiences and strengthen customer relationships.
- Measure campaign performance and ROI, using data and response tracking to optimize marketing investments and identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead and develop directors and managers across marketing strategy, campaign execution, audience targeting and operations.
- Partner with executive leaders across Creative, Merchandising, Sales and Finance to align marketing initiatives and oversee $500M+ in annual investment.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of direct marketing, catalog and print marketing experience.
- 10+ years of experience leading managers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced business environment.
- Proven success negotiating vendor contracts, managing large marketing investments and improving operational efficiency.

Preferred Experience

- Experience leading large-scale catalog, programs in a retail, eCommerce and direct-mail publishing or direct-to-consumer environment.
- Advanced expertise in customer analytics, segmentation and database marketing.
