Role: Payroll and HR Administration Specialist

Location: Hybrid from Wrocław (possible options from Warszawa, Kraków or Gdańsk)

We have been providing HR and payroll services to our clients for over 10 years. We are currently looking for motivated people who want to develop their careers in the area of HR and payroll.

Your range of responsibilities will include:

- Recording HR and payroll data in the HR system. Depending on the target team, these may be data related to hiring, transfers, termination of employment, contract changes, holidays, benefits, etc.
- Providing HR support by responding to HR inquiries and issues through the ticketing system
- Ensuring compliance of all documentation and applications with company policy and legal requirements. Maintaining high standards of compliance and confidentiality in the processing of employee information.
- Actively contribute to the improvement of procedures and processes to increase customer satisfaction, increase efficiency and achieve organizational goals. Participate in projects related to the implementation of process changes

Knowledge and Skills required for success:

- Min. 1 year of experience in the area of HR and Payroll
- Very good knowledge of German and English ( B2 )
- Experience in working on SAP
- Focused on customer satisfaction
- Attention to detail with the ability of analytical thinking
- Education in the area of Human Resources and Payroll or Finance will be an additional advantage
