Educational qualifications

Work experience
• 0-6 months in relevant domain • Preferred exposure to international work setup
Mandatory technical & functional skills
• At least 0-6 months of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in talent sourcing role with a professional services/recruitment consultancy firm
Should have a working knowledge of Boolean search
Preferred technical & functional skills
• Prior experience of working on a CRM/ATS system • Understanding of US geography
