Our Sainsbury's operation in Tamworth (B77 5PR) plays a vital role in making sure stores receive the products they need, when they need them. We're looking for reliable, hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our fast-paced team and play an important part in keeping the operation running smoothly.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity , working any 5 days from 7 on a 22:00–06:00 shift .
Whether you have previous warehouse experience or you're looking to develop new skills, you'll receive the training and support you need to succeed.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Pick customer orders using a headset voice-picking system
- Pick a wide range of products onto pallets or cages , with individual items weighing up to 15kg
- Safely operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment) on a daily basis, including Reach Truck, PPT or LLOP
- Carry out general warehouse duties and assist with other tasks as required during your shift
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- A willingness to learn new skills and work with warehouse equipment, with full training provided
- Flexibility to support different areas of the operation and adapt to changing priorities when needed
- The ability to carry out manual handling duties , including lifting, pulling and pushing
- Good attention to detail and a positive approach to working as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety and following all relevant procedure
