Join Our Team at Heart of Florida Landfill – General Labor / Site Helper

  Location:  Lake Panasoffkee, Florida
  Pay:  Starting at  $19–$20 DOE , with  50–55 hours per week  and overtime opportunities

What You’ll Do

- Maintain site cleanliness and safety through general labor tasks
- Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping
- Walk slopes and collect litter to keep the landfill in top condition
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Receive  on-the-job training  to operate heavy equipment and drive a semi tanker

What We’re Looking For

- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on uneven terrain
- Basic math and computer skills
- Dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn
