About this role
We are looking for a Frontend Engineer (React) to join the Binance BigPay team. You will build intuitive, secure, and high-performance payment experiences used by customers globally. Working closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and cross-functional teams, you will deliver scalable web applications while solving complex engineering challenges in a fast-paced fintech environment.
This is a 100% remote, work-from-home opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Build high-performance, scalable, and user-centric web applications using React and TypeScript .
- Develop intuitive payment experiences for both desktop and mobile web platforms.
- Design reusable UI components and contribute to shared frontend libraries to improve engineering efficiency and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality product features.
- Optimize application performance through modern frontend techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, caching, and rendering optimization.
- Drive engineering best practices including code quality, testing, accessibility, and frontend architecture.
- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and contribute to the evolution of the frontend platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional frontend engineering experience building production web applications.
- Strong proficiency in React , TypeScript , and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with modern React ecosystems such as React Query , Redux , or similar state management solutions.
- Experience building scalable, maintainable, and reusable UI component libraries or design systems .
- Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization, responsive design, and browser rendering.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working closely with backend services.
- Familiarity with modern frontend tooling such as Next.js , Vite , Webpack , Tailwind CSS , or equivalent.
- Strong engineering mindset with attention to code quality, maintainability, and user experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience building financial technology, payment, or transaction-based products .
- Experience developing large-scale consumer-facing applications with high availability and performance requirements.
- Experience with AI-powered user experiences , intelligent workflows, or LLM-integrated frontend applications.
- Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest , Playwright , or Cypress.
- Experience contributing to design systems or shared component libraries.
- Passion for fintech, digital payments, and creating exceptional user experiences.
