What we offer:
- Support for the sales organization in day-to-day operations and with contract-related matters
- A central role in the sales process by being responsible for maintaining and ensuring data quality in the CRM portal
- Support for sales management with strategic tasks
- Creating and preparing presentations and analyses
- Independently planning and organizing travel and appointments
- Handling general administrative and coordination tasks in the sales environment
What we are looking for:
- Completed business training, ideally supplemented by further education (e.g., business administration certification)
- Experience in an assistant or sales-related role, preferably in mechanical and plant engineering
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- A structured, reliable, and customer-oriented approach to work
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a proactive attitude
