About the Role
Join our Record-to-Report (RTR) team and work on projects that directly support content acquisitions and financial operations for a global entertainment business. You'll apply what you've learned in the classroom to real transactions, real vendors, and real deadlines — with an experienced team backing you up.
Responsibilities
- Support the accounting process for acquired films and series, from initial recognition through to retirement
- Raise purchase orders to meet obligations under license agreements
- Prepare and organize journal entries — putting your debit/credit knowledge into practice
- Help maintain strong vendor relationships by managing Purchase Orders (POs)
- Gain hands-on experience with SAP, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
Qualifications
- Ongoing BSc/MSc studies in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals: you can read and explain a profit & loss statement and balance sheet, and understand double-entry bookkeeping (debits and credits)
- Strong English communication skills, spoken and written (B1 or above)
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a sense of ownership over your work
- Confidence communicating in a group setting
