About the Team:
Join our TikTok HR team as a People Partner supporting our growing Global Functions organization across the Americas. In this role, you will partner directly with business leaders across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring operational continuity, driving strategic talent initiatives, and optimizing organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with corporate, local, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR teams to engage talent, support business growth, and cultivate a high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle & Operations: Manage end-to-end People Partner processes, including internal transfers, structural re-alignments, seating management, and HR system accuracy in partnership with HR Operations.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Proactively address and resolve employee relations issues; ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations, partnering with Legal and ER teams to conduct investigations as needed.
- Org Design & Workforce Planning: Guide business leaders on organizational restructuring, workforce planning, headcount modeling, and span-and-layer optimization.
- Performance Management & Coaching: Drive annual performance review and calibration cycles; coach managers on delivering constructive feedback, talent assessment, development, and succession planning.
- People Analytics & Insights: Monitor key HR metrics and dashboard analytics (e.g., attrition, engagement, RTO fulfillment, spans and layers) to diagnose workforce trends and deliver proactive talent solutions.
