As a world leader in memory and storage solutions, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Facilities Maintenance Electrical Technician to support operations at our advanced semiconductor manufacturing facility in Manassas, Virginia.

Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical system malfunctions to quickly restore equipment to operational status.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on highly technical facilities equipment to maximize reliability and performance.
- Respond effectively to equipment and system failures, minimizing downtime and ensuring rapid recovery of operations.
- Monitor, identify, and respond appropriately to alarm conditions.
- Provide timely support to resolve facility equipment issues and improve overall system performance.
- Investigate and resolve recurring equipment alarms and chronic reliability concerns.
- Identify and reduce equipment defects to improve quality, efficiency, and system stability.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections, testing, calibrations, and maintenance activities.
- Assist with the installation, modification, repair, and removal of facilities equipment.
- Build strong partnerships with internal customers and provide exceptional customer service to supported teams.
- Utilize electrical testing equipment to diagnose transmission, operational, and control system issues.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and associated systems.
- Maintain and repair electrical components including circuit breakers, controllers, switches, motors, relays, meters, conduit systems, and power distribution equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and construction drawings to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Follow established safety procedures and support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience working with industrial, manufacturing, or semiconductor electrical systems.
- 1-2 years of general maintenance or facilities maintenance experience.
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (3 days on/4 days off, followed by 4 days on/3 days off).
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Valid Electrical Journeyman License.
- 3+ years of experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or semiconductor electrical systems.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Electrical Technology, Engineering Technology, Facilities Maintenance, or a related field.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Interest in or experience developing and implementing Agentic AI workflows to enhance maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability, or operational processes.
